Harrow has acquired the global rights to Tyrvaya from Viatris in a deal worth up to $100 million, according to a press release.
Harrow will pay $30 million at closing, which is expected in the second half of the year. The agreement also includes payments of up to $70 million based on net sales, according to the release.
Tyrvaya (varenicline solution) is a nasal spray indicated for the treatment of signs and symptoms of dry eye disease. It is currently approved in the U.S., China and Taiwan.
